By accessing and using ModelWorth, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

ModelWorth is a financial tracking application designed for models to manage their jobs, earnings, and financial data. Our service includes:

• Jobs tracking
• Financial tracking and reporting
• Payment status monitoring
• Earnings analytics and insights

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Use License

Permission is granted to use ModelWorth for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the service
• Distribution of the application
• Reverse engineering or modification
• Use for any unlawful purpose

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

Payment Terms

You are responsible for:

• All financial transactions with your clients and agencies
• Ensuring payment terms are clearly established between you and them
• Following up with them on outstanding payments
• Compliance with tax and financial regulations in your jurisdiction

Pricing and Promotions

Subscription prices may change at any time without prior notice. Occasionally, we may offer promotional discounts or limited-time pricing. These promotional offers apply only to purchases made during the promotional period. Due to the nature of these promotions, we cannot provide price adjustments, refunds, or retroactive discounts for previous purchases.

Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
• Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours before the subscription renews, based on the selected subscription plan

Managing Subscriptions and Cancellations

• You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time via your Itunes Store Account Settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You cannot cancel an active subscription before it expires
• If you are on a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. For more details, please refer to Itunes Support

Eligibility / Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. In certain jurisdictions, the minimum age of consent for online services may be higher (up to 16 years old). By using the app, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your country or region, or that you have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the app.

Free Trial Policy

If you purchase a subscription while still in a free trial period, any unused trial days will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property

ModelWorth, including its design, code, features, logos, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you. You retain ownership of the content and data you input into the app.

No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

The app provides tracking and organizational tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenues; loss of data; or business interruptions arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time with or without notice. We are not responsible for any unavailability, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers, including app stores and cloud services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may also have rights to bring claims in your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
